We’ll provide a FREE returns label and guide you to schedule your return. Payments are paused immediately, and once we receive the item, your subscription ends with no further charges.

Preorder: Perfect for expecting parents or busy families planning a trip, preordering lets you secure your essentials with ease. Choose your item(s) and select your preferred delivery date at checkout.

Subscription: You’ll pay the first month’s subscription and a delivery fee upfront, covering your initial rental period. Your next payment will be due one month after delivery and will continue monthly on the same date. To save on delivery fees, we recommend having multiple items delivered together.

Preorder Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans can change, and Prambee is here to support you. If you need to modify your preorder, just contact us. To maintain fairness and ensure stock availability for all families, cancellations within 7 days of your scheduled delivery date may incur a small administrative fee of up to 50% of the first month’s subscription or one-time rental cost. This helps us keep our inventory reliable and our service smooth for everyone.
