How does renting work?
Choose a product and a rental term, then pick your delivery date at checkout. You pay the first month when you book. Monthly payments then follow on the same date each month, starting one month after delivery.
Is there a minimum term?
Yes. You choose the term on each product page, from 1 to 6 months. Longer terms have a lower monthly price. When the term ends, the rental continues month by month until you return it.
What does delivery cost?
Standard delivery is €9.95. Bulky items such as prams are €17.95. Returns are free once your agreed rental term is complete. An early return may carry a return fee of about €20.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Most products need no deposit. Instead, you complete a quick automated ID check after checkout.
How do I return or cancel?
Cancel in your account or email info@prambee.ie at least 5 days before your next payment date. We send a free return label, help arrange collection and stop your payments. Your subscription ends once we receive everything.
Can I swap to a different product?
Yes. Email info@prambee.ie to switch to an item that better suits your child’s age or stage. You only cover the shipping fee.
What if I change my plans before delivery?
Get in touch and we will help you adjust your booking. Cancellations within seven days of the scheduled delivery date may carry an administrative fee of up to 50% of the first month’s rental.
What happens if something gets damaged?
Small scratches and marks are expected, and we provide spare parts for light wear at no cost. If an item is lost, stolen or damaged beyond repair, we may charge its replacement value. You can add our Loss & Theft Waiver at checkout, and many home insurance policies also cover rented items.
Is pre-loved equipment clean and safe?
Every item is inspected, deep-cleaned, sterilised and tested before it ships. Anything that falls short of our near-new standard is retired. See how we clean and check.

We deliver across Ireland and Northern Ireland. Choose your delivery date at checkout, up to several months ahead.

Easy Return
We provide the return logistics label, and come to collect the equipment at your convenience. We keep our carbon footprint to a minimum and ask you utilise the box provided for delivery. No need to worry about transportation or cleaning.
