Prambee Returns Policy
Note: This Returns Policy is an extract from our full Terms & Conditions. It is binding as part of our contract with you. Please see our full Terms & Conditions for all other rules.
๐ Key Points (Quick Summary)
These are the highlights โ but please read the full policy below carefully, as it forms part of your contract with us.
- Firstly, Prambee is here to assist parents, not to make life harder. If you need to change your contract length, or if you would like to buy out your rental, please reach out - weโll always try to find a fair and practical solution.
- Return deadlines: Your rental gear must arrive back with us within 3 days of the end of your plan.
- Condition: Prambee is run by parents for parents -ย we understand things get wear and tear, and thatโs ok. Light dust or everyday wear is fine. Heavy soiling, staining, or missing parts may lead to charges.
- Cooling-off: You have the legal cooling-off period (14 days). A minimum rental charge applies - one monthโs fee, unless you booked a shorter plan (e.g., 7 days).
- Non-returns: Fees continue until the gear is returned or may be charged at replacement value.
- Free returns: Returns are free when you complete your agreed rental plan.

9. Rental Period & Ending Your Plan
9.1 Short-term Plans: Product-specific minimum period, ending automatically. Return equipment so it arrives back with us within 3 days of the end of the rental period to avoid extra fees.
9.2 Fixed-term Plans: Run 1โ6 months, then shift to rolling unless terminated. Notify us at info@prambee.ie 5 days before the Billing Date to end. Equipment must arrive back within 3 days of the periodโs end.
9.3 Rolling Plans: Continue until you return the gear. Notify us 5 days before the Billing Date; equipment must arrive back within 3 days of the Billing Date to avoid the next fee (refunded if returned in time).
9.4 Late Returns:
Short-term: Daily fees apply until returned, based on product-specific rates.
Fixed-term/Rolling: If not returned within 3 days of the Billing Date, the next monthly fee applies (refunded if returned within 5 days).
9.5 Return Process:
Ship or deliver to our designated location by the last day of the rental period (or within 3 days after). Youโre responsible until we receive it.
Gear must be in good condition. Normal wear (e.g., light dust is fine); heavy soiling isnโt. Include all parts.
No washing needed, unless to remove soiling - follow label care instructions. Reach out if unsure. Heavy soiling may attract an additional fee for additional cleaning or replacements.ย
Weโll confirm receipt once itโs at our warehouse. Keep proof of return!
9.6 Free Returns: For completed contracts.
9.7 Non-Return: If gear isnโt returned, fees accrue until returned or deemed lost (charged at replacement value). We may pursue recovery, including legal action.
10. Cancellation Rights
10.1 Cooling-Off Period (Legal Right): You are entitled to cancel your rental contract within the minimum cooling-off period required by law, starting from delivery.
10.2 To cancel, email info@prambee.ie with a clear statement. The equipment must be returned unused and in its original condition within the legal timeframe. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
10.3 Minimum Charge: All rentals are subject to a non-refundable minimum charge equal to:
the agreed rental period if a short-term plan of less than one month was purchased or agreed in advance (for example, 7 days); orย one monthโs rental fee for all other rental plans.
10.4 Condition of Goods: If equipment is returned showing use beyond what is necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics, and function (for example, using a pram for outings or a cot for sleep), we may deduct from your refund an amount to reflect diminished value, up to the full monthly rental fee or replacement cost if applicable.
10.5 Refunds (including any refundable amounts) will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the equipment or proof of return.
10.6 No cooling-off applies to equipment that has been personalised or clearly used beyond inspection in line with consumer law.
