Preordering lets you secure everything you need in advance and choose your perfect delivery date at checkout. Your first month’s subscription and a small delivery fee are paid upfront, covering your initial rental period. Monthly payments then continue on the same date each month, starting one month after delivery.

If your plans change, no problem - just reach out and we’ll help you adjust. To keep things fair for all families, cancellations within seven days of your scheduled delivery may incur an administrative fee of up to 50% of the first month’s subscription or one-time rental cost.
